specifically and knowingly provide, we will not collect any personal
information about you. Family Films, Inc., FamilySafeDVDs.com (FSD) and
TeenSafeDVDs.com (TSD) will not sell, trade or rent your e-mail address or any
other personal information you may provide to any other organization or entity
unless we first notify you of the intent to do so - giving you ample
opportunity to opt out of such email lists. FSD/TSD will limit communication to
you to necessary correspondence relating to your membership, shipping, orders,
questions or comments, and other uses of our website.

customers' use of the website in order to continually improve it. The
information collected does not allow us to identify you personally. For

When you first register with FSD/TSD, we ask you to provide your email address
and for your protection we ask you to choose a password. Your email address is
provided so we can send you shipment and receipt notifications as well as
information specific to the FamilySafeDVDs and TeenSafeDVDs sites.
When you register with FSD/TSD, we ask you for your full name, physical address,
telephone number and credit card number so we can ship your order. We use your
telephone number only if there is an order-related issue, not for marketing
purposes. We store this information on a secure site so that placing future
orders will be quicker and easier while still being protected from unauthorized
use. If you want to update your address or change credit cards, go to My
Account and make the appropriate changes. You must be signed in to access this
account.
FSD/TSD will not divulge your private information to any unaffiliated party for
marketing purposes. FSD/TSD reserves the right to include all membership data
in the event of complete sale of the corporation to a purchasing party.
Email Options
When you sign up with FSD/TSD, you are not subscribed to any promotional
publications unless you specifically request it at the time you subscribed. The
information you receive will be limited to new title advisories, changes to
policy or services, updated status report of your orders, periodic newsletters
and other information that is beneficial to site users.
Viewing and Updating Your Information
You can always access the personal information you have provided by
going to My Account. You can make changes to this information to update your
account anytime.
